OBITUARY - 1992
Myrtle A. (Wood) Johnson, 82, of Elroy, died Friday, Oct. 30, 1992, in St. Mary's Hospital, Madison. Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the Fountain Lutheran Church, rural Elroy, with Rev. Daniel Henderson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Zenner-Picha Funeral Home, Elroy, today from 4 to 7 p.m. and at the church Monday from 10 to 11 a.m.

Myrtle Alma, daugher of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Wood of Church Valley, was united in marraige last evening, Feb. 29th to Leonard Johnson of Elroy, by Rev. C. Hjermstad at the East Lemonweir Norwegian Lutheran parsonage. They were attended by Miss Selma Johnson of Fountain and Theodore Johnson of Elroy. A reception was given the young couple at the home of the bride's parents after the ceremony. The bride was a senior in the New Lisbon High School, and is highly esteemed. The groom is a carpenter by trade and is well thought of by his friends. We join in extending congratulations and best wishes.
