Ole and Tone did not have any children.
In 1920 become Haugen, gnr. 81.3 segregate.
Ole G. Hafsteen was active in politics in the community, and was the mayor for a short period of time. He also operated the Omnes mill, as was sameige between they 0 Omnesgardane. Hafsteen inherited more properties, m.a. Landsverk gnr. 78.3 and 78.4 in Sauland, skogområdet Fosse downstair, gnr. 80.15, and delar by Sønderlandsskogen in Tuddal, but misste already during krakket.
Tone and Ole G. Hafsteen did not have any heirs, and the become tuft to Tone's sisters children, Gunhild Kallhovd, as got take over farm. Parent to Gunhild was Tone O. Froland married Torbjørn O. Boen from Tuddal. He was a teacher in Landsverk schools at one time, before the family moved to Froland.
